What do you do when chaos happens in your business? When unforeseen events crash what you’ve been creating for years, what do you need to do?

I have been going through a chaotic situation, as both my sites crashed a few weeks ago.

First I felt numbness and shock, not understanding why that had happened and how to proceed. Once that energy was moved, I started to research possible solutions. I’m glad that AskOthersTrustYourself.com is back up, while the other site is still going through maintenance and a re-visioning process.

If my process can help you when facing chaos, here it is:

-          Allow yourself to feel the shock, to be upset, to be angry, to feel hopeless;

-          Start reaching out to people you trust;

-          Trust that your intuition will guide you towards the best solution;

-          Take steps cautiously;

-          Study ways to protect yourself and business from being faced with this type of situation again;

-          Use this opportunity to rethink and revision your business strategy;

-          Make sure the new vision is aligned with who you are today, not with who you were when  you first started the business;

-          Create an advisory board to help you brainstorm and develop the new vision;

-          If possible, take your time to launch or re-launch with ease.
